Two-day international conference on Cicero and Poetry 

The university of Freiburg will host an international conference on the 12th and 13th of May 2025 focusing on the role of poetry in the works of Cicero. It's scope is to investigate Cicero’s poetic profile in the social and political context of late Republican Rome. The conference will also be live-streamed via Zoom, to make it available for all those who are interested!
